We’re transforming and regenerating local communities whilst creating positive choices for people who enjoy urban living and value being part of a community. We want to support residents to live independently, with the peace of mind that they’re safe and supported.  This lifestyle is individual, diverse, fulfilled. This is Thrive Living in West Malling.

Our plans

In 2018, we secured planning permission to build an integrated retirement community providing housing with care on land to the rear of 237-259 London Road. A significant period of time has passed since the plans were first submitted and we have identified a number of ways in which they could be improved – from using less energy to maximising green space and making the most effective use of the site.

We have now received planning permission for our plans to build a new 140-home retirement community for West Malling. Our plans support our commitment to delivering the best possible development of its kind in West Malling.

Our plans were submitted to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council in November 2022. These proposals were granted planning permission in September 2023.

The planning application reference is 22/02562/FL and the full planning application can be viewed through the council's portal here.

For over 40 years we’ve watched residents create vibrant, energetic communities, forge deep, meaningful friendships and cultivate the retirement lifestyle of their choosing. Thrive Living is a new concept built around community, wellbeing, exceptional design and sustainable living. Expect to meet like-minded people, embark on new adventures, and enjoy everything our version of retirement living has to offer.
